This product claims to clear off dandruff only. Gave a try on my school going daughter who scratches head always due to lice. I am afraid of using any chemicals on her. Surprisingly this product controls lice too. I see good difference in two uses. But I have to apply this pack at least once a week and it is pretty effective. Effective alternative for chemicals products
