Ordering and Shipping Policy

The terms and conditions laid out in this “Ordering and Shipping Policy” (“Policy”) govern the processes followed by Vanyaa Organics (Vanyaa) to fulfil your orders for the products (“Product(s)”) offered by Vanyaa on its website, vanyaa.co.in or www.vanyaa.co.in (“Website”).

  1. Ordering Process
    • You may place an order by visiting the appropriate page of the Website, adding the Products of interest to the shopping bag, and concluding the order by making a payment on the checkout page.
    • Vanyaa allows you to place an order as a “guest”, i.e., without prior registration on the Website. In such a case, we will automatically create a user account for you with the information provided, and send you the details by email. Subsequently, you can log in to the Website and access details of all your orders and track their status in the “My Account” section.
    • Order confirmation and status messages are sent through one or more of the following methods: SMS, Email, and WhatsApp messaging.
    • Orders, once shipped, cannot be canceled either partially or fully.
    • Orders can be canceled before shipment. However, cancellation charges may apply. Please see the Returns, Replacements, and Refund Policy for details. Users may initiate order cancellation by submitting a request on their “My Account” page. A cancellation request may also be made by sending an email to support@vanyaa.co.in, mentioning the order number, date, and details of the product(s) ordered.
  1. Shipping Policy
    • Shipment Partners: Vanyaa shall engage one or several third-party organizations (“Shipping Partners”) to ship the Product to your location and to effect the last-mile delivery.
    • Locations: Vanyaa will strive to ship to all locations in India. If any area is not covered by any of the Shipping Partners, Vanyaa shall indicate it in one or more of the following sections of the Website: the product page, shopping cart page, or checkout page.
    • Delivery Time:
      • For deliveries within India: Vanyaa will endeavor to process the order and ensure delivery between 7-10 days based on the destination. Delivery to locations in far-flung or difficult-to-reach areas may take 10-12 working days.
      • For International orders: Orders will be processed and delivered between 15-20 business days, depending on the destination country and city.
      • The shipment partner shall strive to fulfil deliveries within the indicated timelines. However, some orders may get delayed due to factors beyond the shipment partner’s control.
    • Order delivery may require the signature of the recipient. If you cannot make yourself available to sign for your delivery, please suggest an alternative, such as a family member, colleague, neighbor, etc., to accept the order on your behalf. However, Vanyaa takes no responsibility for goods received by persons other than the intended recipient.
    • Vanyaa is not responsible for damages to Product(s) after delivery.
    • Shipping Charges: Shipping and handling rates may vary based on the Product, packaging, size, volume, type, shipping destination, and other considerations. The shipping and handling charges are indicated at the time of checkout. International orders may attract duties and additional charges, which must be paid to the local delivery organization/representative in that country by the buyer.
