Returns, Replacements, and Refund Policy

The terms and conditions laid out in this “Returns, Replacement, and Refund Policy” (“Policy”) govern the processes followed by Vanyaa Organics (Vanyaa) in relation to fulfilling your orders for the products (“Products”) offered by Vanyaa on its website, www.vanyaa.co.in (“Website”). The Policy lists the conditions that apply to product replacements and payment refunds.
- Returns Policy
- At Vanyaa, we strive to give you the best shopping experience possible. However, considering that opened or damaged products cannot be reused, we cannot accept the exchange or return of opened or used products once sold or delivered.
- Product returns are not accepted under any circumstances. However, replacements and refunds are possible with conditions as described in the “Replacement and Refund Policy” section of this Policy.
- Vanyaa is not responsible for any damage caused after delivery.
- Replacement and Refund Policy
- Replacements and refunds are provided only:
- If you receive a damaged package, the condition of which is identified before/while it is delivered, you may refuse to accept it. Vanyaa shall initiate the shipment of a replacement within a reasonable amount of time.
- In one of the following cases:
- You receive a wrong product, which you identify after you open the package.
- You receive a damaged product, the condition of which you identify after you open the package.
- In these two cases, you may ask for either a replacement or a refund. Such requests must be sent by email to support@vanyaa.co.in. The email must contain:
- The order number
- Product ordered
- Product received (if a wrong product was received)
- The photo of the outer package
- The “unboxing” video. The video must clearly show the incorrect or damaged product when the package is being opened.
- Requests for replacements or refunds are accepted only if Vanyaa receives the request within 24 hours from the date of delivery.
- Damages due to neglect, improper usage, or wrong application are not covered under this policy.
- Replacement and refund requests will be subject to checking of records by Vanyaa and verification by the shipping partner.
- Once the replacement or refund request is accepted, the shipment of a replacement or refund will be processed within 7 business days. The amount will be transferred to the same payment mode used when you placed the order.
- Vanyaa shall inform you of the status of the replacement shipment or refunds by email/SMS/WhatsApp.
- If the order is canceled before its shipment (please see Ordering and Shipping Policy), a refund can be obtained:
- If your request for order cancellation is made within 12 hours of order placement, the entire amount paid by you shall be refunded within 7 business days of order cancellation.
- Cancellation requests made after 12 hours of order placement will be subject to a 30% deduction from the order value. This helps us cover the processing and packaging costs. Refunds will be processed within 7 business days.
- Vanyaa’s decision in any disputes related to replacements and refunds shall be final.
